Here We Go Again!

Look at that, huh. They look like a nice looking couple, don’t they? A young professional couple who probably moved into a gentrified neighborhood and pushed out the poorer inhabitants. They probably meet their other yuppie friends for a latte every week and talk about their vacations they take every summer. Oh, wait, I drink lattes and take vacations every summer but I’m not a fucking yuppie. Anyway, the picture you see above are Sebastian Kurz and his girlfriend Susanne Thier. The 31-year-old Sebastian Kurz has just become Austria’s Chancellor of the (ÖVP) Austrian People’s Party. In addition to that, Austria’s has just enacted a new law banning women ( burqa ban law) from wearing full face veils in public. Sebastian Kurz is a staunch supporter of the new law. He’s anti-muslim, xenophobic, and racist. He’s against Türkey joining the European Union and he and his party are in league with the Freedom Party of Austria (FPO) A sick nazi party that consists of vile sick disgusting human beings. But, with all that, his swearing-in was met with thousands of protesters who were all against the appointment of this racist devil.

Munroe Bergdorf

Sometimes in life, it takes courage to speak against something you believe in your heart to be wrong. It takes courage…courage. Do you have heart? Do you have the heart to stand up for what is right? For example, a person or persons at your job are harassed by other colleagues or managers. Do you step in and stop it or do you participate in the bullying? Ask yourself, Who are you? Stand in the mirror for a while and ask yourself, are the words “coward” stamped on your forehead? It’s not easy, to stand up against people in power or an entire group. It’s not easy to be the black sheep. It’s not easy to be 1 against 1000. Most people tend to just conform to the norm so not to be bothered. But this process in life is necessary, it divides us between the leaders, generals and the followers…the sheep. Munroe Bergdorf, the first transgender to be hired by that ultra racist company, L’Oréal. And later fired by them because of statements she made on her Facebook page regarding the Charlottesville protests. There’s no need to continue further with this debate. Everything she said was true if you like or not. If you, as a white person was offended by her statements then you should look deep inside your soul and ask yourself, I’m I racist? If someone says all men are dirty pigs well I’m not offended because I know I’m not a dirty pig. She’s right in her statements, there’s no debate about it. If white people want to end racism you should start at home, first. You hear your mom or dad say nigger at the dinner table then you should scold them. You hear your white friends talking about black people then you should tell them to shut the fuck up. You see your job has only employed white people in the office then you should go to human resources and ask why isn’t any people of color working there. The system of global white supremacy is catered to white people. Sorry, you don’t get to be offended by her words. I’ll say this, if you have a white friend or girlfriend and they aren’t helping to fight this system of racism then you should end the relationship with them, quickly. It’s not black people’s responsibility to convince white people white supremacy exists. It’s your job to stop it and if not then the fight will continue along with your discomfort whenever the subject of racism is brought up.

Empathy?

Last month my friend invited me to his university graduation ceremony. He’d completed his Bachelor in American studies and now was continuing on to attain his masters in the same subject. In attendance were students who finished their studies in different programs and those who will continue with their masters and Doctorates. The event was nice and it felt good to be in the halls of academia again. Later, when all speeches were said and all hugs and kisses had subsided it was time for the most important event of the night…the food. They decided to serve the food on top of a stage. So if you were hungry and wanted to eat then you would have to make the journey on stage. Everything was going fine until, my friend, his classmate and I started a dialog about politics in America. I have to say I was impressed (let’s call him the classmate) with the classmate knowledge of issues in America and I learned some things from him. But there were other issues I had with the debate. Such as the lack of common sense and empathy for others. You know, I always say higher education is essential when one is trying to learn how to critically think. But, as a student, you should be aware of the type of curriculum that is fed to you. Deans at universities choose what type of education they think is best for students. For example, some schools may have staff who think Che Guevara is an evil guy and Henry Kissinger is a saint. Anyway, back to the discussion between my friend, the classmate and I. The debate continue with the conversation of making the choice between Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump. Which one would be the better option. We all agreed that both of them are not the better choice. I think I said that Hillary Clinton was a lunatic and a murderer and if she was in power we would be at war right, now. Donald Trump is an old racist,  young skirt chasing fool but he just wants to finish the job and go back to his tower in New York City. Hillary, on the other hand, should be on trial for war crimes along with the whole Obama administration. The classmate said how so? I said she was responsible for the situation in Libya and the assassination of a head of state. And now Libya is a failed state because of Hillary and Obama. The classmate didn’t think it was a big deal. I said, “Hillary laughed when the news of Muammar Gaddafi death was announced.” Hillary’s quote: “We came, we saw, he died.” I think what disturbs me was the lack of empathy for an entire culture, society, and country that was destroyed as if it had no value other than a pawn on a chess board for Hillary and Obama. But this is an issue. The world is in chaos because most of us are incapable of putting ourselves in somebody else shoes. What if Germany was torn apart again by war. Would some Germans have more sympathy for the families who seek refuge in their country from war? What if New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston and Washington DC was attacked by another army from an opposing country because of the resources they have. Maybe Americans would be more sympathetic with the Iraqis. It makes you wonder maybe humans aren’t that intelligent as they claim to be. There are a few of us who have the ability to feel for other people we haven’t met. Nobody cares about nobody until tragedy strikes them and then all of certain they can relate to other people’s experiences. Maybe, just maybe the world is full of psychopaths and actually caring, understanding someone’s else misfortune is relatively new in human evolution.

The Teacher

Every morning after getting out of bed, the first order of the day for Markus Diggins is coffee. He loves coffee, he can’t function or do anything else without that black. After his morning routine, he prepares for the day and then heads for school. Markus loves his job very much. There isn’t anything in the world more fulfilling than teaching kids. Markus is a black American who has worked and lived for the last five years in Germany. Before this job, he was a professor at Tuskegee University in Alabama.

United Nations School For Social Equality

In 2004 the United States and various countries throughout the European Union acknowledged that they were responsible and profited from the Atlantic Slave Trade. That racism, bigotry, poverty, self-hate and the extreme hate towards blacks persists today because of the direct result of this act. It was agreed upon by many nations that black people are the most oppressed and marginalized of any other group on the planet. And something needs to be done about the global systematic problem that blacks face where ever they go in the world. The (UNSFSE) specialized (K-12) school opened in several countries in Africa, South America, USA, Canada, France, England, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Netherlands, and Germany. The school is there to educate people of color on their history and help further the advancement of all people of color. The school is meant as a tutelage for future black leaders. So they may go on to start more black businesses and become professors, doctors, surgeons, attorneys, judges, politicians, scientist and police officers. In this modern-day, the revolution must be fought with intellect and not by the bullet.

Class Is In Session

Markus Diggins walks into the classroom and nobody pays him no mind. He stands there, just looking around the classroom in astonishment as he sees his students socializing without a care in the world. Markus was proud of his students, this is their last year and afterward, they will all attend Universities next year here in Germany and France. Every student in his class spoke an average of three languages.

Markus Diggins: Hello Class! (Everybody stops talking and jump in their seats without any hesitation)

Students: Good morning, Dr. Diggins!

Markus Diggins: And good morning to you Und Gute Morgen, Alle. So I out of curiosity what was it that warranted such deep discussion this time of the morning?

Student: Black leadership in the United States and are there any leaders in the hip-hop community that young people can fellow today.

Markus Diggins: Well, I would say, Kendrick Lamar, J Cole, Lupe Fiasco and my favorite, Immortal Technique. You have to remember most young rappers today aren’t knowledgeable enough to speak on social issues without sounding like fools. If the youth want knowledge and guidance then I would suggest Chuck D, KRS-One, Common, The Roots, Tupac and Erykah Badu just to start. But I believe it’s up to the parents to have the knowledge necessary available to pass down the history of real black leaders to the future generations.

Student: I get it If you don’t know your history about real black leaders than you are bound to follow fools and false prophets in a sense, right?

Markus Diggins: Correct. (He stops and pauses for a second) You know what? Everybody gathering around, please.

(Markus reaches into his carry on bag and takes out his laptop computer)

Markus Diggins: Here take a look at these photos and then I want you all to write essays on two black leaders from these photos. I will accept everyone’s interpretation of each leader.

Nat Turner’s Slave Rebellion 1831.

Jack Johnson

Muhammad Ali

Thomas Sankara

Amilcar Cabral

W.E.B DuBois

Patrice Lumumba

Mumia Abu Jamal

Assata Shakur

Markus Diggins: So class, as you can see, the photos I have presented to you are only an example. If there are some leaders of the past and present who you want to write about then show me. Remember, rappers are there to make money off of ignorance. The people at the top of the music companies are all white. They are the ones who approved what type of material that the black youth see. If a rapper wanted to rap about racism and how the whole state of America is racist do you think they would approve it?

Student: The powers that be would not allow it.

Markus Diggins: Exactly! They want the state of the black youth dumbed down. Remember in the past It was a crime for black people to read and write, the same holds true today.
